The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms; however, the noise from neighboring guests disrupted our sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient for our trip. Dining options were limited and somewhat overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel – the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable with very helpful staff. It's excellent value for money, and surprisingly quiet for a location on a motorway service station; absolutely no motorway noise at all. Highly recommended, despite needing a makeover.
